The title track from Lady Gaga's new album Born This Way was meant to be first released live at the Grammy's this Sunday but the eager singer couldn't wait..She has instead released it two days early.
Lady Gaga's third studio album Born This Way was produced by hot shot producer Red One who had been working with Gaga since the beginning.

Shock! Divorce is on the cards for Ashlee Simpson

Ashlee Simpson and rock star husband Peter Wentz has annouced that they will file for divorce.
Ashlee Simpson and her husband have been married for almost three years and were dating at least two years before that. In Hollywood standards that's almost a life time!

Ashlee and Pete confirmed the marrige is over yesterday, with Ashlee citing irreconcilable differences.
"After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce," they said in a joint statement. "We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives."

Ashlee Simpson is seeking joint legal but sole physical custody of Bronx, with visitation rights for Pete Wentz. She's also seeking spousal support and is asking to restore her name to Ashlee Simpson.

NCIS crew witness real tragedy

The popular television show NCIS was the scene of a real life tragedy yesterday.

A security guard on the Santa Clarita, Calif., set of the hit CBS drama NCIS was killed Wednesday morning when he was hit by a van after its driver lost control of the vehicle and veered into the area, the network confirmed.
The guard, whose identity has not been released, was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
It appeared that the driver of the van lost consciousness due to an unspecified medical decision while behind the wheel, according to Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Sgt. Michael Konecny.

"Everyone at the network, the studio and NCIS is devastated by the news," read a joint statement from CBS Television Studios and CBS Entertainment. "Our hearts grieve for his family and friends for this tragic loss. We are, of course, cooperating with the local authorities in Santa Clarita to help determine what caused this terrible accident."

Production on the show has been suspended in the meantime.

Belfast Flight Crashes at Cork Airport

Passenger plane from Belfast has crashed after attempting to land in bad fog conditions.

A  plane carrying 10 passengers and two crew crashed in foggy conditions in the Irish Republic today.
The turbo prop aircraft travelling from Belfast crash landed on a runway at Cork Airport on the third attempt to land.
A Cork County council statement said three people had died and two were trapped in the wreckage.
Unconfirmed reports on RTE claimed that eight people were killed in the accident.

The Manx2 commuter flight was en route from Belfast when it crashed in heavy fog at Cork Airport just before 10am on runway 17.

The Irish Aviation Authority says the aircraft made two attempts to land before crashing.

"It had been trying to land in foggy conditions. This was its third attempt to land," an IAA spokeswoman said.
Witnesses report hearing a loud bang. The aircraft is said to have burst into flames.

Debris has been scattered onto the runway and over a wide area.

HP TouchPad to rival Apple's iPad

The new Hewlett-Packard "TouchPad" is due to be released this summer in the USA. It plans to take up some market space in the portable device market which is mostly dominated by Apple with it's iPad.

HP TouchPad 9.7-inch tablet running off Palm's well-regarded webOS operating system is HP's gamble that there remains room for yet another mobile software platform -- a risk underscored by news that Nokia may abandon its own software in favor of Microsoft's or Google's.

Pricing and other details of HP's 1.5-pound tablet, which runs off Qualcomm chips and supports video calling, will be announced later. But will it play Flash??

The world's largest technology company by revenue also announced new smartphones on Wednesday, the Veer and the Pre3, based on the webOS software that HP acquired last summer in its $1.2 billion purchase of hand held device pioneer Palm.

And what about the Apps? Apple has about 300,000 apps for use on it's iPad and Android has over 100,000 for use on any of it's mobile device platforms. Will there be enough room for another player?
